Working with alumni of our accelerator program, the Because Fellowship is designed to amplify the impact of purpose-driven entrepreneurs who are creating sustainable solutions for basic human needs and striving for long-term poverty alleviation.

The Because Fellowship invests in ventures with a clear social mission and the potential for significant positive change. We empower entrepreneurs to scale their impact and create lasting change within their communities.

Deep-Dive Support

Through mentorship, entrepreneurs receive personalized strategic guidance with potential for connections to relevant industry experts, networks and pilot programs as well as collaborations with Because International initiatives.

Financial Empowerment

Fellows receive support in developing strong financial management practices and the opportunity for flexible and patient capital through revenue-based finance loans aligned with their growth trajectory.

Impact Focus

The fellowship offers dedicated support in articulating and measuring social impact and developing sustainable and ethical business practices, plus opportunities to showcase impact through the Because network.

Community & Connection

Members of the fellowship become part of a network of like-minded entrepreneurs focused on social impact and have opportunities to connect with the broader Because International community.
