Shipping costs vary depending on location and number of pairs. Adding pairs to your cart is the best way to get an up-to-date cost and time estimate.
Previously, free shipping benefited some customers more than others, depending on location. We’ve shifted to discounted pricing instead, which allows everyone to benefit more equally.
In most cases, the total cost should stay the same—or even be lower—than before.
Once payment has been received and your order has been placed, you can expect the pairs to arrive at your U.S. location in approximately 10 business days. Our standard shipping rate uses FedEx Ground for larger orders and USPS for smaller orders, either of which usually takes 5–7 business days. We recommend ordering shoes at least two weeks before the Christmas shoebox packing deadline to ensure that you receive them in time for shoebox collection week.
If you live within the Boise, Idaho area, you’re welcome to select local pick-up and arrange to collect them. Our office is open Monday, Wednesday and Thursday from 9am–5pm.
At this time, we are only producing The Shoe That Grows in black. We've made this change based on feedback received from those both distributing and using the shoes. One of the reasons why shoes are so important is because they allow access to education by completing school uniform requirements. For many children, black shoes are the only color allowed by school dress codes. We want to make sure that, no matter where they live, the kids who receive our shoes can wear them for all aspects of their lives.
