Kelly joined Because International in 2022, bringing experience from a range of organizations—including time at the nonprofit Mission Aviation Fellowship and nearly five years as COO at TVSL of Idaho, where she built processes that improved accuracy and efficiency across the organization.

After a couple of years in customer support at Because, Kelly moved into operations, focusing on what she loves most: finding the friction in a process and smoothing it out in a way that makes life easier for her team and improves accuracy along the way.

When she's not optimizing workflows, Kelly is probably on her third cup of coffee, laughing at her own jokes, spending time outside with her husband and two girls or getting humbled by a Crossfit-style workout.
