With a background in business administration and entrepreneurial leadership, he specializes in optimizing enterprise platforms, leading system integrations, advancing innovation through AI, data warehousing, and cybersecurity. His experience spans nonprofit leadership, global development, and higher education, including teaching sustainable development, international finance, and circular economics in Costa Rica. Caleb has been engaged in poverty alleviation for over a decade and is inspired by Because International’s commitment to practical, scalable innovation.
