Scott is the founder and managing partner of the Jigsaw Group, a global investment vehicle that supports emerging markets and early-stage ventures.

Scott started his career with Unisys then rose to CFO of ANZ. Prior to the Jigsaw Group, Scott was the general manager for Smart City Australia, where his team coordinated over $10 million in investments and showcased over 70 innovations.

Over decades, Jigsaw has invested in global technology enabled ventures (EdTech, HealthTech, IT/mobile, building and construction materials, electric vehicles, media, and the creative industries, across four continents) that delivered impact and returns to stakeholders, ventures and customers.

Jigsaw uses Growth Guides to measure clients’ readiness and Go-To-Market roadmaps for clients. Jigsaw Group has architected, delivered and supported a range of innovation & entrepreneurship incubation, accelerators, skilling and capital development.

Jigsaw’s work as Impact Angels supports Aquaritas Group (resilient solutions for disaster ravaged Caribbean islands), AchieveExcellence (role models and skilling), Companies4Good (SDG goals), and Yacht Aid Global (aid to disaster zones delivered by yachts).

Scott has contributed to numerous boards and advisory panels, lectured at multiple universities and been a regular contributor at I&E events and online.
